...and have been since Tuesday. XD I meant to make a journal before I left, but I just didn't have time and since I got down here I've been crazy busy. @.@ The trip was a bit last-minute; basically my mom (who has been living here for the last 6 months) decided she wanted to move back up to Minnesota, and needed a driving partner. So she bought me a plane ticket and here I am. :)
I start the LONG (24 hour) drive tomorrow, which I'm not looking forward to. We're going to try to do 16 of those hours tomorrow if we can, since then we'd only have 8 left for Monday. In the meantime I went and swam in the ocean for the first time, went to Disney World (Magic Kingdom), and have been eating and seeing various other odds and ends in the area. I also went to a timeshare presentation for super cheap Disney tickets... that was an experience, LOL.
Anyway, just thought I'd give you all an update on my not-exactly-planned vacation. How are all of you doing anyway? :)

I can understand you not looking forward to such a long drive, but I hope you and your mom have a safe trip home. :)
How was the drive in the end?
The drive itself honestly wasn't that terrible, what sucked was my mom had her cats in two carriers and never let them out. So they pooped and pee'd all over themselves which was really gross. We basically were required to have the windows down due to the stink. @.@ Apparently they're doing fine now thankfully. I understand that she had no room, but at the same time I feel like she could have planned that a lot better. Like maybe she could have found a way to make some space, and then put them on leashes with a little litter box? Oh well.
