Just like the title says, if you hadn't figured it out I more or less took the summer off this year. With covid cancelling cons and me therefore qualifying for unemployment, I figured it was a rare opportunity to take some time for myself with minimal work and just... relax a bit. It's been really nice.

As things turn to fall I've started taking on work again, but limited - I don't want to go over 5-6 paid orders at a time right now. I also still have a huge backlog of unposted art to upload. For whatever reason I often worry about the right time to upload pieces, I think in some vain hope that I'll magically get a ton of followers by manipulating the system - anyway, I've realized this is stupid and so they'll just be popping up whenever I have the energy to submit them. I think I have in the range of 30-40 pieces to post at this time

At this point all my regular conventions through February have been cancelled, and I'm predicting that potentially everything through 2021 will bite the dust. Thankfully I've been financially preparing for this possibility, so assuming no emergencies happen I should be good through next year. I'm really missing all my con friends, but, looking forward to when I'll be able to see you all again
