Hey rabbity, how about next time you give everyone like 24 hours o post in a comment. YOu know, different time zones and people aren't online all the time.
And after these 24 hour you can pic doing commissions randomly

I sent moments after journal and if I do not get a slot im not going to stress or fret over it, its just a commission artwork! I will be just as happy because I still have money in my pocket for another use! Think about that guys! :)

There's a problem here. I'm afraid you were a bit unclear regarding the exact nature of the rules on when people should send their notes. Your previous journal not only fails to explain whether or not people should go ahead and send their notes anyway, or if they need to wait until they see a journal from you expressing that commissions are open. Second, the time you said you would open was not consistent with the time commissions would actually open. 5am Pacific is 8am Eastern, but was instead opened at 9am Eastern. Not only that but you failed to respond to requests for clarification on the exact time and as a result I saw several people confused due to Daylight Savings differences and whatnot causing some to either be too early or too late (due to needing to go to work before the open time).

I really think this could have been handled a lot better. I must admit I'm very annoyed because all the confusion made me think I would have had to be up before 8am my time (when I normally get up past 9am) and thought I'd miss out so I didn't bother.

Cut him some slack guys . He's trying his best to make a commission. No need to be hard on him.
Right now he's preparing the list.
For who gets a slot then congratz and who doesn't then you'll have the money to make another commission or things you want to spend it on.

agreed, he tried to call out early and told people to prepeare notes from his experience the last time, no doubt he will learn for the next time around
