What kinds of limitations do custom icons entail?

Well my own icon is a testament to how how poor the quality gets, the longer the animation is/more colors it has. So ideally they should be a bit shorter than mine. Your icon for example was ten frames where mine was almost triple that. Because yours is shorter it's compressed very nicely.

The other thing is having overly detailed characters to animate, well, I might not say no to them for now but having to animate stripes, spots or other markings are a bit of a nightmare, haha.

Ill send you a note and we can discuss further. Had no idea the animations were 10 and 30-ish frames with the movement being as smooth as it is. Maybe my eyes just don't work anymore. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hmm, it depends. I typically close commissions close to the butt end of the month so I can finish everything before the next month starts. Then I reopen in the middle of the next month, rinse and repeat. If you don't get a slot now then there's always august slots~
