Man it's been a while since my last journal haha~
Hope you guys have been well and safe during the lockdown overall! I know it's not an ideal situation for everyone. I've overall been thriving at home, mainly saving tons of money due to not needing to use buses/subways/streetcars/Uber to get to and from work, as well as not being seduced by the nice restaurants near my studio anymore.
So the pitch contest stuff ended and I didn't win, but I still got a personal meeting about my pitch despite not being a finalist, so there must have been something good about mine XD. But yeah I just need to keep working on it and try again one day when I feel like it. It was a nice experience overall.
As you can see though I've been picking up the pace a little bit on my Nameless idea with designs, and yesterday I made some more progress on a website for that! I'm getting ever closer to the day when I can finally start writing out chapters. I have enough planned to at least do the first chapter, but I need to plan out the rest first so I don't just jump in and realize I wrote myself into a dead end from poor planning, lmao.
Also still working on a personal game project, the same one I've been working on for years with a friend. I ended up having to redo the demo level in Unity so I've been busy with that. Hopefully that will also be done relatively soon, but even if I released a demo I don't have the means yet to hire an actual team to work on this game. But yeah if that ever ends up being shown, I think it's something you guys might like~ ^^

Aww thank you so much laika! Yes I have a bad habit of working on many big projects at once haha, it's what keeps me going but it also means that people tend to not see a lot of art that I make. For the Nameless stuff though, pretty much everything I already posted is indeed all I've drawn for it so far, just a lot of character art lol

Sounds like making a lot of progress and keeping busy. Sorry to hear that you didn't win the contest you were trying for, but does sound like you made quite the impression. :D
