Me and my mate are moving on short notice and are looking for someone (or a mated pair) to fill the empty bedroom of the apartment we're looking at. We would feel more comfortable rooming with a fellow Fur whom we know we share commonalities with than a total unknown.

The place will be in Reno, Nevada, home to the Biggest Little Fur Con. It's also where my father lives, so I'll get to see him a lot more often than where I live now in Cali.

It will be a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, so you'd have a whole room and bathroom of your own. Most of the utilities will be included in the rent except for electricity, but there's a chance I can even get that reduced. There will be a Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, and small pets will be allowed (we have pet rats ourselves).

Rent will be split 50/50 and will be about $400 per month.

We are not heavy drinkers, and we don't smoke.

We aren't certain of an exact date we'll be there, but we're shooting for early August.
