Help with the fucking Patreon

Let's see, I need a little help here.
For a long time I had wanted to have a Paypal account, mainly to buy things abroad, unfortunately the process was way too cumbersome, especially if you did not count with a international credit card... Years passed, and recently a few weeks ago, through a friend, I managed to finally have a functional account, stupidly I thought this would solve all the problems ... until I met Patreon
I've always been a little perverted (well, a lot in fact) my favorite list is a good proof of that, and lately I had become fan of a comic called Hero's Trap, but unfortunately the authors decided to put the new chapters in Patreon
And I thought... well, I like the comic, and $ 5 per month is not much, so why not?
So I opened an account in Patreon, because you could pay by Paypal ... or so they said.
The reality is, that even when you have a Paypal account, you still need to register a international credit card to donate in his fucking site ...
What is the point of using Paypal if you still need A FUCKING INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD ANYWAY!
I try to contact with the manager of the comic to see if it was possible another form of payment, but the guy don't give me any solution
So, someone can give me a hand with this?
Any idea will be well received

Durante mucho tiempo había querido tener una cuenta de PayPal, principalmente para comprar cosas en el extranjero, por desgracia el proceso era demasiado engorroso, sobre todo si no cuentas con una tarjeta de crédito internacional... Pasaron los años, y recientemente hace unas semanas, gracias a un amigo, me las arreglé para finalmente tener una cuenta funcional, estúpidamente pensé que esto resolvería todos mis problemas... Hasta que conocí Patreon
siempre he sido un poco pervertido (bueno, bastante a decir verdad) mi lista de favoritos es una buena prueba de eso, y últimamente me había hecho aficionado de un cómic llamado Hero's Trap , pero desgraciadamente los autores decidieron poner los nuevos capítulos en Patreon.
Así que pensé bueno, me gusta el cómic y 5 dolares por mes no es mucho, así que ¿por qué no?
Abrí una cuenta en Patreon, porque según ellos podías pagar con Paypal.
La realidad es que aun cuando tengas una cuenta Paypal, aun necesitas registrar una tarjeta de crédito internacional para poder donar en su puto sitio...
Cual es el punto de usar Paypal si de todas formas NECESITAS UNA JODIDA TARJETA DE CRÉDITO INTERNACIONAL!
trate de contactar con el encargado del cómic para ver si era posible otra forma de pago, pero el tipo no me dio ninguna solución.
Así que, alguien puede darme una mano con esto?

PD. Por eso no compro nada en linea, un amigo me regalaba una comision del artista que yo quisiera y se hizo tal desmadre que termine sin comision por lo del paypal.
Por lo demás, todo esto del famoso Patreon, me huele a que va a estallar como burbuja.
