Waking up a dragon is hard work.

*huff huff huff* Boy, even with a decent air pump, inflating Zen is quite a task. And that's with only having to inflate him semi firm in a sitting pose. His full capacity is quite a bit higher for his standing poses XD. My arms are a bit sore but he's back to his usual spot in my room.
Zen's not the only dragon that needs to wake up, Panzer has to as well Gotta shake off that apathy and get things done here for a week or two. I finally signed up to take the graduate record exam a second time to patch up that low math score I got originally (it's not hard, I'm just not good at answering math problems in 30 seconds). The lit/reading comprehension stuff is pretty easy so not many problems there. After 4 years as a bio student, one would think I could get the main points out of scientific literature by now XD. Following this I need to finally follow through and get everything together for grad school applications. Yep, I might be signing my soul away for a Master's degree come next spring or fall.
Ouside of potential academic advancement, I've been working on waking up my athleticism again. For those that don't know, I ran cross country/track a good 6 years competitively. I was only a mid to upper range Division 3 athlete but it still felt good being in ridiculous shape by most standards. I've been trying to recapture that a bit as of late by restarting my training some. It's been a bit shaky as of late due to the Arkansas summer heat but I've been able to do some shorter runs. I suspect when it starts cooling off later, I'll start being able to do those long runs I've been wanting to do again for a long while.
Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well and getting their stuff done XD. Now if you guys will excuse me, a certain dragon is stirring a bit more and is demanding some attention. *runs off to attend to the cute squeak dragon before he gets cranky*.

Good news, Master Degree always sounds good to have, good luck!
Yeah, to be in shape is always good. Just dont become the next Mr. Olympic, hehe.
And leash that dragon while you type. Dont wanna get humped by suprise. Or do you?
Get humped by Zen? Nah, he's a well behaved draggy for the most part. He just likes his snuggles .
Anywho, good to hear you are doing well and are going to have a squeaky new companion. I'm tempted by the Husky but I'm gonna wait for some other projects later on *cough* big horned sheep* cough.
Yes indeedy, he's always in need of loving and that's exactly what he gets .
Watch your joints and all when you go on runs ^^'
And now give that dragon some cuddles, before he comes and gets them by force X3
And also best of luck getting back into your cross country running, I'd run more if I didn't have acute asthma, most of my exercise I get is from swimming, I love the water! <3
I can only imagine how much air that dragon must take to get him full, and I thought filling up Chee, or Spark took a ridiculous amount of time, although fortunate for Spark his safety flap has been removed so it's a pretty fast inflation for him. ;3
