TOS for IshidaCreations Adoptes/Art
- Once you obtain one of my adoptables, it is yours and you can change the design/species/ colors however you please.
- If you want me to change anything, you will be charged depending on the complexity of the change/design
- You MAY NOT claim to have made the design yourself.
- Once you significantly change the design/colors in anyway you can then claim that you derived from my original design & say you technically "made the design" yourself to an extent.
-If the only part of my design remaining is the base colors & not the details then you can fully claim it as yours. (EX: remove all my swirls/dots/patches/marks but still use the same palette for a new design means you made it & you don't credit me.)
- Once you obtain an adoptable from me, it is your character and I have no say in how you use it.
- If you use it in a way that works against me or hinders my ability to provide for my customers or to bring in new customers, you will be blocked, reported, and prohibited from ever buying from me again.
(EX: buy the character > write slander about me on or under the character in the description > degrade my work etc. ALSO, not buying the character and doing the same thing is 100x worse so I will take drastic actions. I do not put but with bullies.)
- Once you fully pay for the character you will get a Transparent image of just that character, since they will be coming in batches with other designs.
-If you want more details of the character along with the 1 picture reference, (EX: tongue, close-up of eye) it will cost extra. Most likely nothing but .50 cents to a 1$ depending on what all you want added to the small Ref.
- There can be payment plans but I prefer at least half-down since most aren't going to be very much to start out.
- with prices over 10$+ It can be 30% down.
* - NO MORE than a month wait for the rest of the payment, unless it is 10$+ (More time can be added/discussed)
-If an individual fails to pay at exactly a month from when they made their down payment (or the time officially discussed for 10$+ adopts) you will not get your down payment back & it will be put back up for adoption.
-This includes: Not replying to any notes or emails for over a week or twos time. ! ! Please let me know if you are going to be away from the internet for a certain amount of time (Hiatus,sudden event, vacation) & can't make a payment ! !
- Depending on the longevity of your absence for vacation/etc I will be inclined to refund your down payment & put the adopt back up for sale, as I understand certain events come up.
- If you DO NOT notify me of your vacation/hiatus/etc. I will take it as you are not interested & not refund your down payment. (Refer to the above *) and put the adoptable back up for sale.
- I will hold certain adopts for someone without payments for at least a week.
- Once it's been a week since an adopt was asked to be on hold, I will put the adoptable back up for sale without notification, since no down payments were made. (Please make sure you communicate with me!)
- If a design you bought from me was resold/traded away you DO NOT have to tell me. (but if you feel you need to, then you can I guess.)
- If you are going to buy my designs and resell them for a higher price, I will block you and not allow you to buy from me again.
- I can refuse to sell an adoptable to anyone for any reason.
