As a fellow writer, congrats! I've been trying to get people to commission me for awhile now with no luck.

Taking writing commissions is an uphill battle at the best of times. A lot of folks already have an entitlement issue. They think they deserve to get your work for a very low price because . . . well, why not! It's just some words. I mean, they devalue regular art as well, but most commissioners see written work as worth less than something they can look at and admire.

That said, this is FA and sex sells. I checked out your profile and it looks nice and clean, very concise. Your prices are definitely fair (a tad bit higher than mine, but for quality work there is nothing wrong with asking for more). The biggest problem I see is that you need to expand your fan base. Your account doesn't have a lot of followers, and that is always going to hurt your chances of bringing in followers.

You should write some small stories (and yeah, they're going to have to be porn stories) and post them up every couple of days. One story might get you one watch, or maybe four or five, but the point is you're building a base of watchers, and watchers are the folks who will be your commissioners. They're the wonderful folks who like your work and want to pay for it.

It is a bit of shame that most of your commissions are going to be porn stuff here, but that's just the audience. You can work on serious stuff in your own time. I wish you luck!
