So I finally got in to see the specialist. He immediately agreed that my tonsils NEED to come out. I'm not imagining feeling my tonsils when I swallow. They're so large that if any larger, they would actually be an almost full obstruction. They're considered a 3.5 on a scale of 1-4 (1 being normal, 4 being obstructive).

I'm scheduled to have my tonsils and adenoids removed on Monday, August the 3rd. I know it's sudden, but otherwise there would be a roughly 2 month long wait.

The doctor was honest and told me that he believes my recovery will be rough because of my age and issues with antibiotics. I likely won't be able to do much for the minimum 7-10 day recovery period, so I'm just going to declare that time a temporary hiatus.

I'm working on every sketch I can, trying to block out that little voice telling me I suck. I'm also fighting through the antibiotics and my mom keeps kicking me off the desk(I AM living in her office/previous dining room, so no hating on her please). I haven't found another suitable surface to work on without my computer overheating. I'm scrambling every minute, but please note me if you'd like a refund. I totally understand. Just realize that I won't be able to get the refund to you until sometime AFTER the hiatus when I can take on more work and get paid to pay you back.
