Once You Go Blue...
I'm currently waiting to have the elective eye surgery done today. It's been something my parents offered up years ago saying I'd get the most benefit from it at my age. I wear glasses all the time, used to wear contacts but they bug me too much now.
Pretty nervous despite how easy they say it is, not so much the discomfort but the fear that I'll do something to fuck it up. I like my eyes and don't want to ruin them. But I'm sure everything will be fine. Won't be active today due to the recommendation of keeping my eyes closed as much as possible to heal but tomorrow should be good.
Here's hoping this isn't going to end up like when you mess up on the eye poke machine in Dead Space 2!

Though word is that LASIK Surgery is effective, awesome and easy, though of course there is the mandatory eye rest along with what one comedian (Mike Wilmot I believe) once said: "You should never have to worry about the smell of your eyeballs."
But you'll be fine. :)
