Honestly stability is more important than proximity. I'll take a sure thing over a maybe even if it means moving far, though I'd rather stay up here if I can. I guess I'll have to wait and see.

If there's a safe place to stow your things locally, I'd recommend securing yourself, and then going back for things you can't immediately take with you. If you need anything shipped to a location, I'm happy to stow any supplies I can accommodate, and I'm sure Eddie could as well.

And if you do need to move your things here to the east coast of the states, I work with a storage facility and could help you acquire a rental space so you have a place for them here. Zero cost for 6 months or more if you need it.

I live in South Carolina too. It is absolutely beautiful here and the cost of living is a lot cheaper than up North.

Yup. Taxes are cheaper. Which is funny at Carowinds. The park rides both South and North Carolina. If you go to the SC side of the park, the taxes in the cheaper.

I would offer you a place to live until you could get back on your feet, but I live too far for you to move...

If I lived closer I wouldn't think twice about it, I'd have you move in and no take no for an answer (unless you had a better option, obviously).

It seems everyone who has space is too far, and everyone who is close has no space. It's kind of funny how things go sometimes, huh.

Sadly yeah. I can't move closer cause of my job being here, and have no other way to make money really, so me moving closer to help you be more stable wouldn't help. But I would drop all my future plans to split a place with you (covering the cost myself until you're making money again, which with your business I doubt would take long. your business can move with you, mine sadly can't) if you were able to move here. Unfortunately that sort of move is not something that can be done in short notice, even if I had a place ready and waiting for you, you personally cannot make that sort of move that quickly.

That's really sweet of you. I wish things worked out so that was possible, but you're dead on with how difficult it would be for me in the situation I'm in now. I know my friends feel horrible about this too, but knowing people care is keeping me going. That means something too, it means a lot.

Words can't describe how much this situation matters to me. Depending on how things go, starting next month at best I will be able to send you some support funds (about $100 per month I expect, since I'm currently going on half hours at work), though I really hope things get corrected before then since you're in dire need of help now.

I'm also creating a journal leading back here. Hopefully I have some friends that may help (I honestly doubt it though. I seem to be the one helping all my friends, not the other way around).

Oh my god, I am utmost sorry to hear about this happening, if I lived in Washington and was 18 Years Old, I would most definitely without any decision move you right in and help you out until you get back on your own two feet again, and longer so you can save up whatever money you can scavenge. Who knows maybe if that all did happen you would become a roommate! However, I am not 18 Years Old, nor do I have my own place to call home, I live with my grandparents and mother in a fifty-five plus community to save up money as well to help provide to my mother in finding a place. We would of been in the same situation but even worse if it wasn't for my grandmother last second decision breaking down and letting us move in. If only I was a billionaire I would help EVERYONE who needed the money, because of my big heart, I usually care for others then myself, and get treated like complete trash back of everyone whom I have met so far, but that is getting off topic. I really do hope you find that true supporter to help you out and let you reside with them!

Oh no :( Have you tried checking local resources (shelters, women's group, etc) or the dept of human services? I always tell people to go to those places first... I spent some time being homeless in the dead of winter, and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. when you finish my fursuit, there is a substantial amount waiting for the completion of that project

I was homeless for a portion of my life. My mom and I went to the homeless shelter and lived there while we went to a church to get food, and then went to the goodwill to find a job and they gave us clothes sometimes. Seriously try that because housing isn't free. You'd cost someone the burden of having to feed you, cloth you, buy you bathroom necessities, pay for all of your animals, and all the costs with the extra water, gas, and electric use. I get that the situation is very hard and I know how it is not to have family, but going to stay at someones place is very hard on the person and can cause you to be in an even worse situation. Seriously if your husband is not abusive just stay there, be strong, save up some cash, and take off. It would be best for everyone (Meaning you and the animals) I mean really he may be a man but for fuck sake it's your house too go take your life back and take over your house. If he is abusive call the police, they will arrest him and that will give you 6 months before you have to leave your house. A landlord can't kick you out for six months, (I know because of a bad roommate situation) of course it's very bad and can ruin some of your credit but you do what you have to do.

I live in TX, have a spare room in a 2br/2bth place in San Antonio, and it's already set up for building fursuits.

I could move some stuff around, and even work with you on making suits to help you get back on track. There's tons of jobs around here too. I'm not looking for rent from you, but maybe you can provide your own food? Would love to learn some fursuit crafting stuff. The pets we would have to work out, but anything's possible.

I can attest personally for Isane, he's a sweet guy and probably won't murder you in the night or anything.
