Um... oops.

I may have made a little bit of a booboo... well, more of a big booboo... well, potentially a massive phukkup...
Allow me to elaborate:
My flatmate (who has no idea the sort of "things" I'm into) occasionally works festivals and another one came up recently so, naturally, I thought; "Yay! A whole week to enjoy without hiding anything."
One problem; almost no "supplies" left (y'all know what I'm talkin' about). Not a big problem though; I just figured I'd order some more the day before he was due to leave, stick it on next-day delivery and it'll arrive not long after he's gone. (As an aside; all or nothing, I ordered some of the heavy-duty stuff so I can really enjoy it). It'll become important later when I tell you the name of the shop, and how they answer the phones, leave absolutely no doubts as to what they sell.
Here's where we get to where things started to go bad.
Once I made the order it told me I'd get a confirmation email about the order; I did not. I figured I may have made a mistake on the order and not completed it properly. A little worried the next morning (when I still had no confirmation) that I wouldn't get my stuff when I wanted it I decided to put through another order and cancel it if needed.
I put through the second order and at completion (actual, definite, certain completion this time) I realised I'd seen that screen before. So I HAD completed the previous order. This was cemented in my mind when I didn't get a confirmation for this order either.
I called them up and asked if I'd put the order through twice, if my first one was coming and to cancel the second order if there was a duplicate.
The lovely lady on the other end said that my first order did go through, I could expect it that day and that there was a second order that she may be able to stop before it even goes through. She told me she'd run down to the warehouse, see if she could stop it and call me back to tell me it'd been done and refunded.
This is where it gets really bad.
Now, as part of the order I had to give a phone number to contact on which is the number she would call me on... I have only two phone numbers memorised; mine and my flatmates... and I am always inadvertently getting the two mixed up no matter how certain I am that I've given the wrong one.
I'm sure you can already see where this is going.
The next thing I knew about, about 5 minutes later, was a call from my flatmate.
"Uh, I've just had a call from..." noticeable pause, "someone... who thought my number was yours. She said 'your order has been cancelled and refunded'."
I'm not sure of exactly what my response was, I couldn't hear a lot over the internal screaming, but I think I very calmly and (in my best "poker-voice") apologised for giving out his number again and thanked him for letting me know.
Well, he's due back next week so it could be an interesting return... we'll have to see how it goes.
TL;DR version; you lazy sod, go back and read it for yourself!

A real possibility though is that he'll come back, pretend he heard nothing, I won't say anything and we'll both go on pretending it didn't happen.
It seems that the universe is conspiring to either out me, warn me I'm getting complacent or simply just keep me on my toes.
