And so another year has gone by...

That's right...the boar just turned 36. Wow. I really need to update my age listing in my profile. Have I been on FA that long?
I have to say it been one hell of a year. My father's death(still unsolved), mom almost dies 3 times in the space of a month, problems with school and just...problems.
There was a lot of good that happened. I've made some great friends, and discovered through my tragedies just how lucky I am to have such good friends in my life. Thank you everyone. Thank you even the strangers on this site who offered their condolences and support in my darkest time.
All that strife leads to growth if you choose to become stronger from it. I've grown as an artist. I've grown as a person. 10 more weeks and I'll be done with school. I've figured so much out about myself this past year.

I'm glad you've gained wisdom over the past year, and deeply sorry it's been at such a cost.

I was ridiculously unprepared when my granddad died this February. I don't think I realized just how much I looked up to the man until he was gone.
Friends matter a lot. For me, New Year's Eve was all about cutting off some bad friendships, and tying a couple good ones. Happy for ya. :)
