So I'm back from my really brief apparnet suspension?

I got a suspension from my previous 2 journals, now I got it removed! Just as out of nowhere... well I'm glad about that but still so weird.
EDIT: To be honest I'm not even sure if I will or will not get suspended again for making this journal because really what?
