I forget, did I ask which city? :)

If I get this straight this is a bill that some idiot in Congress came up with due to all the recent "wild" animal attacks that were in the news. The chimpanzee, the numerous lions and tigers ones (including the one that got Roy of that Vegas Act). Rather than focus on a surgical strike bill they are going for a broadsiding the barn method it seems. Even if the bill should pass how in the world do they expect to enforce it?

I am still steamed a little about the bill they passed banning horse slaughterhouses (don't get me wrong about the places sounded a bit cruel but they just needed more oversight not outright banning) because without them now we have an overflow of horses in this country that are going to be either abused (ie neglected or starved) or shot anyway due to lack of space.
