Name your price commissions (OPEN)

Ok, so i haven't had very many commissions lately so i'm opening commission for your own price.
Now i wouldn't normally do this, but i've hit a rough spot (money wise) so this is how it will work ...
-Please don't take advanage of me
(like be reasonable with the cost/ don't offer $6 for a commission that would normally cost $30)
- i won't take offers under $5 (unless it's a chibi)
- I will do animations/ PMV commissions
(for these i ask the music to be under 30 sec long and at least $15)
( take in mind that these will have 5-10 pictures drawn in them)
-any other questions please ask below.
... This is also a chace for people who like a commission but can't spare a lot of money.

and $14 animation wise or art wise?
Could you do a non complex ref for $14?
