I apologivze for not making art, i want to entertain people with my comics but i havent found any courage, please someone help...

Do you mean quality wise? Art skills dont matter that much since its a comic, but you might want the plot and characters all laid out first man. Just keep working and see how it goes, good luck!

I meant quality, im so worried about making a story with no good plots or anything.... I'll come up with something eventually

Aww, I gues the 90 pages of being stuck in traffic isnt a good idea then. Well, juststick with it and see what happens.
