EF21, Day 2 : Panels and stuff
Waking up a bit late for that day - the previous day had lasted late in the night.
Still I got to met more Frenchies on the way, as well and meeting again old friends - got us up for chatting hours.
One amazing thing that happened is meeting aa guy that I had knex from Second Life for years, that left it some years ago, and almost vanished - in fact He took an new name on FA and started to chat with me, but despite him mentionning SL and his name on it, I didn't reacted - weirdly m brain would not conect the dots.
But when I met him IRL, despite having NEVER seen his face or voice, seeing his badge with his name and characters made it. Pleasant surprise!
This brough us to about 13H when we left to eat; then we moved to the Dealer's Den to see what was around.
I brough one print back but mostly everything was bough or too expensive - I underestimated a bit the total cost of the EF, that is ransportation and buying stuff etc. kay anyway, I do'nt see what's so extraordinary about commissioning someone on the go during the EF, and I don't have printed refs of my characters so meeeh. Maybe next year.
The first panel I attended reall was the Vore fur meeting - a non-official panel.
I didn't planned to go at first as I though It would be awlward, but Kalnareff was the main guest so heh, at least there would be someone to chat with.
And well thanks to Kalnareff it became interesting, with a massive vore comic and one groupe vore pic organised.
And after that the meeting pretty much degenerated, as about half of the people immediately left, and the remaining ones breaking into little chat groups with the organisers projecting vorish artwords and videos on the videoprojector.
Tho I "completed" one achievement I had set for myself during the meet :
meeting someone I knew from SL that wasn't French!
Unfortunately that guy left SL some time ago so our chating went dry fast but heh, it's something already. I mean my english is good enough when writing, but understanding and answering on the go IRL is another thing, and so far, I can both understand what most people say (if they do'tn talk too fast) and people understand me. Great.
After that we went to see the fursuiters a bit - some amazing ones hanging around, I tell ya - then we went to eat with fellow Frenchs (and one Belgian but hush, he doesn't know his misfortune ;D ).
