Incoming administration action over uncited assets

So yea, apparently I can't use Daz or not cite stuff i didn't 'make' when posting my art work
I will not be citing every piece of content i use to make my images when they are available in the marketplace to be used in this manner.
I have never claimed to have made any 3d assets i have used in the past unless otherwise stated
and by using Daz Studio, it is implied that i have not.
Just as someone Doesn't make the materials, such as but not limited to pencils, pens, paints, wood, clothing , other people or animals, they are using to make a piece of artwork.
Premade 3d assets and models made to me sold on a marketplace, whose end user license claims they do not own the images rendered using said products, should not be given preferential treatment to in punishing users and artist who operate inside or with said medium

Their Site, their Rules, but The Law States that Under the law, I'm protected, but if the site wants me to do this one thing

By doing this, you put yourself under their jurisdiction, regardless of what state or federal laws there are.
You have the right idea, but unfortunately it doesn't apply.
As a result, it's going to cost you more likely than not
Basically you have the right idea with the wrong reasoning. They can close an account for any reason, they don't have to justify it, but they can't decide that their ToS is greater than the law.
If you want to try to use law as your excuse, you're going to need a lawyer.
Simple as that.
