flash/dress-up help?

I have a couple dress-uppy kinda things in mind I wanna do, but I don't have flash or adobe or anything (and more importantly, I have no clue how to do anything with them).

in this example, you can click sets of buttons to add or remove things from the figure. is there anyone here that knows how to do these things AND is either willing to write out instructions for me, or even do it for me? if you do, I'll definitely be giving you credit in the submission I end up posting!

I did something like that once using HTML5. Flash isn't the only option.
i know nothing about computers. I wouldn't even know where to begin

one of my classes last year was on the flash program and i ended up making that animation i had posted here last year. sounds like what you want to do is a simple button based flash. only problems are that its been a bit since i used flash, cause i dont own the program myself, and i couldnt really explain in it words cause im really bad at that, i'd have to actually work through it to explain it visually. x-x
