Hmm... jeeze, tough choice because they're all so interesting! Okay... I'm going to go against my general (and oh so predictable) urge to say "Candice WIP" for the sake of it showing her cute footpaws, and vote instead for "Don't Scream". It's darker, but there's a story behind it, a very interesting once given the recurrence of those two characters in pictures.

For the Old Art vote, I would say "Just a normal Tuesday". Again, darker theme, but this picture deviates most from the current style, and I think would show the most dramatic change in being redone. :)

Ahh thank you so much for letting me know what you think! I plan to eventually do all of them, but figured it would be fun to get my fans involved more in what I post! It is also definitely inspiring to hear why people like a piece; it really inspires me to want to finish it.

I really hope to expand on Derrick and Candice more as I post. I plan on writing more backstories in my descriptions to really give people a feel and a connection for the characters I'm posting often. That and... Candice and Derrick do have a -weird- relationship.

*nodnods* Backstory really helps make a good character a great character. :) Candice and Derrick clearly have a very interesting relationship, with one playing very much into the other's needs. Yeah, "weird" by other people's standards maybe, but to them, more like "optimal". :)

Masochistic stuff is something I'm still working to learn more about, but really neat art and character ideas like Candice and Derrick were inspirations to -me- in creating the first such character of mine that has a history like that - a charr in GW2 name Trissa Jadeclaw: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/16815651/ (her background is written there). So that's how powerful an idea can be when you put it into pictures like yours - it inspires others. All the more reason to see it fully realized. So thank you for being a part of the inspiration that lead to a character for me!

I agree with you there! I never really used to put any time into my characters backstories, I focused (a little) on personality, and not nearly enough. I feel weird admitting that now, because it only became obvious to me lately. My writing has even improved some!

With the completion of Candice's Grave in sight (I like that pun I did there. VERY INTENDED! XD) I plan to give their relationship a new start with writing out their history, and their current relationship as well. I think people will be a bit surpsied (Possibly?) by some things about Derrick I'll be unfolding, like the fact that Candice met Derrick through T.V -- Like, literally. He's a T.V. demon! :D

I'm gonna be super sappy here and say hearing that I actually inspired someone to make a character fills my heart with joy. You're the first person to ever say something like that to me! This really made my day, you have no idea c: She's also very cute, and I love her background :D

Haha yeah, if you check out her earlier pictures before a certain point, she's got one! I'm looking forward to it too, I've already started sketching it! :DD

For the sketch completion poll, I have an idea for a fifth sketch! ...Since it probably doesn't count, I'll have to choose among the ones here. Need more time to decide.

The old art remix is a much easier decision. Just a normal Tuesday would give you a chance to show off what you learned with two characters. Plus, it has Derrick!

Did some more thinking about which of the four sketches to pick. I was actually tempted to refrain from making a decision because there are several I think would look great finished.

However, I think I'll go with "You are very short, Candice." Not sure why I picked that one above the other great choices, but my mind seems to gravitate towards it. My best guess is just how complete it looks.

I imagine which you pick, they will come out good.
