There is currently a small discount involved with certain species, color combos, and designs. If your design meets one or more of those, I'll let you know! Basically, any thing new, pretty, or generally eye catching.
I am happy to work with customers from any country, but please be aware that your fursuit may have import fees not included in shipping costs if you are not in the US. I have no control over this, and you can usually find out the general fees from your countries postal service.
