i sincerely empathize with your situation as just a couple months ago i basicaly was in the same situation except with an abusive husband

I wish there was more I could do, but I signal boosted. I just experienced something similar and know a couple other people who have too. Are there any women's shelters around and have you spoken to any crisis counselors who might be able to help find resources for you?

i've been trying to find resources, but i live on a navy base and 99% of everything here is geared towards veterans, so im still looking

as of right now i do, but thats very shaky. at this point i buy all of my own necessities beyond food, and now that he's "mad" at me and knows i want to leave, idk if thats gonna change. he threatened to move out and that "i'd have a week left in the place, good luck" and threw away all the shrimp that were supposed to be my meal for the week in a fit so theres that. he got in my face and yelled at me and raised his hand at me (hes a 6'5 235lb ironworker, im 5'4 and 145lbs) threw things, broke the tv, all while yelling at me and berating me, so i feel very threatened in my current living space. if you know of any resources, please let me know! i would very much so appreciate it ;o;

If you were still living in Florida I might be able to offer you temporary emergency housing...I have a house here in SC. Your trip to Washington state must have been hella epic, and I'm sorry that you didn't end up in a better household. I sincerely hope someone is able to help you out and get you into a place that's more supportive.
