I have one I made a long time ago and I'm considering getting her redesigned to bring her back. The one thing though I'm thinking about is how to handle her genetalia. Is there sort of like a more accurate or accepted style that people prefer or use? In that I mean she would have a penis and vagina but no testicles or she would simply have a penis and testicles but no vagina, however she has breasts and the usual feminem look. Or she could have all of the above.
Just looking for insight on how to make her more potentially appealing. I'm also aware it's all fantasy so I can do what I want but I'd like to pick something that other people could look at and be like "yeah that makes more sense"

Most often used is penis, balls and the vagina behind the balls.
If you go without a vagina, you would have a shemale character as she would be lacking any female reproductive organs.
Going without balls is pretty unusual from what I can tell and mostly just used for clit-dicks afaik?
The alternate appearance for either are the forgoing of the testicles entirely, which doesn't really make sense on an anatomical level unless the character is reptilian or is of a race/species with internal testicles. The Japanese tend to utilize this style more with adult works.
Herm - Cock+Balls + Vagina
Futa - Cock + Vagina
Shemale - Cock/Balls
Assuming all have breasts as well.
I just happen to notice that in quite a few.. uh.. maangaaaa.. that when one futa referred to another that had balls, she made it clear that the other was 'futa with balls'.
