Art thieves and stuff and... facebook?

Alright everyone - well... those that are watching and any future watchers as well - this journal is to just... lay the law I guess?
Very recently I found out someone has actually used my art and portrayed themselves as me. (WOO THE FIRST TIME!)
I just wanna let everyone know that as it stands - My sona, Yeneeko Matsuda (And Atka the Albino Kodiak bear) - is obviously mine.
He is me, I am him - it's who I am. As for my art, that is a part of me as well. While I have no issues with someone using my art, I would like it that if you would like too - ask me first.
If you're using my sona for sexual purposes - do not.
If you're using my sona as a referance for your "OWN" sona, so you can get some pointers, that is A-OK.
I don't want you to give me a bad reputation - and I don't like people trying to be me, it's stupid.

ya i know it sucks i used to attempt to rp because its easy with facebook and even before rping id ask is there characters yours and they would say yes so i would start to rp with em. and there has been a few times i liked the roleplay allot so i was going to get art so im like whats your fa name again and iv had people say oh no i dont go on fa..........so id be like well how is all the art from fa artist yet you dont have an account and they would be like oh idk found it on google.......its so annoying so id just block em nbut i ended up having to block so meany people due to using characters that were not theirs even though iv stated very clearly that i WILL NOT rp if you dont own nor can show proof of character ownership
