It's a strange community in general, really. We have all these cons people attend every year, yet online all you really see is people keeping to themselves or being all about business.

Hell, even the infamous adult side of things has slowed to a crawl in the past decade or so. I'm not too privy to it, but I do remember the scene being much more lively than it is now.

It's all because of the way things are handled here, they need some pr or something lol

I don't know. They'd need common sense in order to get a dedicated PR person on board...

I'm glad I'm still around though... This is my home. I feel like I shouldn't leave.

Really? Gosh, maybe it's because I wasn't around in those times, but I find this place busy and populated as all heck, I can barely keep up with it! Much more so than the other sites, which are great in their own ways, but I always get the feeling of desertedness over there, heheh. Maybe I'm just too young a furry to know, I guess for all I know it could have been party city 24/7 then compared to now!

Maybe it just depends on where you look maybe? I do remember when it was abit more lively but as you stated I think its all the changes. The errors and matenaince think at some point it gets tiring, and makes some say I'm done with this but thats what I think.

That's the thing though, I didn't have to look anywhere, It seemed like the whole place was more busier. I think the rise of tumblr might also have something to do with it.

This site has fallen way behind the times and the people who run it don't seem to be able to bring it up to modern standards.

With the introduction of more furry sites and growth of general social media sites over the past few years the fandom has split and become disparate, and nobody's been able to create anything that could in any way unite them again, if that's even possible.
