After a fairly long hiatus....I am back =)

Well....I should rephrase....
I am back to creating art at a fairly slow pace, but its still creating!
I am still working my full time job, which I am happy to say I am now an official employee!(no longer a temp!)
This means art is still not really in the spotlight, but more of a....recreational sort of thing.
I haven't been doing any of my usual shows with the local carving club I am still a member of, but I did attend my favorite one back at the beginning of August at our local mall,
which.....
the turn out was not too great but considering our mall is pretty much dying it is not all that surprising. I still had a great time, and it felt good to show off my work and talk to people again =)

Life is fairly....different for me these days....I wish there was more I could say but I think I am starting to make friends with my muse again.
(with the help of some very supportive people)

I look forward to posting more again soon! I have another burn I am currently working on and hope to have finished in the near future =)
Also....I celebrated my 30th birthday last month!
Yay!!!
I am old now!!
