I feel this is going to be chaotic and stressful...

But let's try it out anyway!
I feel bored, school begins in less than a week and i just feel like trying this out:
I'll try make a 64x64 pixelart for you of any given topic, just keep in mind that overly complicated requests may end up just looking like a Picasso of cubes x3 , so choose wisely (and also because i still have to practice this, so it'll also be great for me. Yay win-win!)
Wait time ranges from several nano-seconds to neverending eternity, the latter being more probable, so bear with me as i try figureing out what you mean and how to put it into pixels without derping out completely!
Enough talk! Ignore this, or post a comment, or send me PMs, or just tell me i'm taking way too long to finish things, i just wanted to have all this said.

Okay, so you want your android nevrean head (black beak, black 'hair', red eyes) being held by a hand while all the cables hang out from underneath, tongue sticking out?

Well the tongue doesn't have to stick out and minus the hand, just like a pic of the head severed with wires dangling. And not black hair just the beak and horns. Also you don't need to do the pink background. Sorry I should of mentioned this.
