90's Nicktoons Crossover Movie Coming From Paramount

I read just recently that Paramount Pictures is working on a Nicktoons crossover movie, it's supposedly going to be featuring most or all of the classic 90's Nickelodeon characters in one big cartoon universe. I also heard that it is most likely going to be a Roger Rabbit/Wreck-It Ralph/LEGO Movie-esque film, hopefully this one won't be a letdown like Rugrats Go Wild! was.
From my perspective i think this sounds like a pretty neat idea, please comment on this post and let me know what you think.

I also read that they went through a lot of voices for Arnold, i heard that there were about four or five boys who played him in the shows' entire run.
