I'd say go by letter grade or go by maker.

My suggestion is maybe doing it by Fursuit maker name each individually.
I think it would be easier in all honesty.

Instead of just all makers with an "A" go in one folder and so on.
Or you can do it by rating/scoring level.

There is a 50 folder Limit, and we have over 50 Makers reviewed

Then letter grade sorting would be your next best bet since there is a limit.

Letter grade would definitely be most efficient.

If you want to make it hard on yourself but awesome for readers, do it by letter grade AND by maker.

Although either way is going to take a long time since you have so many submissions already, and the way they have the controls set up, you can only assign a submission to one folder at a time. So to assign something to multiple folders takes a long time. .__.

There is a 50 folder limit, so don't do it by maker because you have probably surpassed that amount already.

I'm not going to switch back, lol but There are over 50 makers reviewed and a 50 folder Limit.

I may opt for possibly having the Notable Makers have their own folder, but there is no feasible way to do it by maker with the small limit they have given.

i'd say letter grade would be good...
also the style of the suit would be a good idea too.
for example: "toony digigrade"
"toony plantigrade"
"realistic digigrade" (maybe "realistic plantigrade" too)
"drop-crotch"
ect.

Yeah, do the pieces. Fullsuits, Partials, and Singles, with Singles looking like this.

To me it doesn't matter.
I'd suggest you have letters/numbers/signs AND grades available. Some people come here to search for one maker specifically, others just want to see a general overview of recommenden builders.

Yeah. General head, partial, tail, fullsuit, parts, ect. Or that of the letter grade.... Or both since theres 50 foolder limit.

What about having folders via the final grade they get?

So if a user wanted to see what suits got A+ as an example, they could view them in that file?

Id say by either letter grades, or if people like the by maker idea you can do makers name A-D as one folder, E-H as another, ect ect to avoid hitting folder limit. Plus having 50 folders would be too cluttered.

Maybe organize them by date? Like years the suits were made, since some makers improve with time the dates that are closer to current times are the ones that matter most for people looking at maker grades.

Do it by toony, realistic, and semi, then make groups inside those folders for letter grades. At the minimum you'd be using 15 folders.

I would go by alphabet for user/business names. Lumping by letter grades sounds simple but can be tedious to categorize and search through. Type of work can change to and some makers can cross categories of toony/realistic. Also, less work will need to be done if a usual "A" maker is now doing "C" level work or visa versa.

Who's going to go "I want to look at all of the "B's" today? Folders by letter grade don't seem practical to me.
