So Ever since I was a teen,
I've struggled with Low Iron every year!
And It's Hitting me much worse than EVER this year!
I feel like I'm dying right now, So exhausted...
I've changed my eating habits to eating protein, nuts, dark chocolate and doing everything I can to better my condition..
Does anyone else have this or have any thoughts/comments/opinions?
Like I JUST started college and I work.. And I Can't afford to be dead tired for either.. x.x
Other than that, I'ms seeing my doctor early in the morning before class..
I Assume he'll prescribe me Iron Pills (I Absolutely Hate taking pills)...
Again, Any suggestions, help.. ETC is helpful!

Coffee, tea and calcium can block the iron from being absorbed in your body. Iron from meat, poultry and fish is easier for your body to absorb than iron from vegetables, fruit and grain sources. So just keep having meat, poultry and or fish.
