Do you know the sequence of events that led to their blocking you? For example: they posted a submission, you commented on it, they replied to your comment, you replied to their reply, then they blocked you--not saying that's what happened, just an example. Knowing the sequence of events would help me give more informed advice.

I don't know this person, but if you could appeal directly to someone else who does know them, they might be able to act as an intermediary. This is just my opinion, but I think communication is a better approach than gift art, unless they blocked you because they expected you to give them art and you didn't. I get the whole peace offering thing, I just think understanding why they blocked you would prove more useful (not to completely rule out a peace offering; just getting a better idea of whether it would work first).

Myself i was a big fan of 3 artist. Finaly well , i begin to skype whit them. The 3 of them was horrible asshole, but REALLY. (Real woman hater, alcoolic, ect)
If he block you for no reason, you can be sure he is a drama king...just try to avoid some sadness, watch the art, and this is enough :)
If you REALLY want too, try to communicate whit a note, whit alt account, but you can get report to the admin..but gift is usless ^^.
