First of all, I just want to state that I'm mainly a watcher here. c':
I doodle things here and there, but college and working part-time as a dishwasher at a restaurant here in town keeps me pretty busy throughout the week. I also lack a formal scanner, and have to take pictures of my pictures. As such, most of my own work will be traditional. Some is dated, but I try to post only things from the past 2-3 years max until now.
Most are animalized versions of my own friends, self etc.
I currently don't have an official fursona/persona, though I've had a lioness, lion/raccoon mix, and most recently, a spaniel mix mutt design based off of my rl appearance.
I'm still working on official designs, mainly for my best friend, myself, and my S/O.
I've gotten him into the furry fandom as well, though he mainly is into the NSFW//kinky pieces on the site. Oops. (:0
The Lion King is the first animated movie for me to experiment 'copying' a style, and the animation and character design always inspired me when I was younger. In fact, a large portion of my favorite movies to date are Disney/Pixar. My style varies between that, slightly more realistic hoomans, and an anime-ish vibe.
I don't take my own art seriously tbh.
I'm currently focusing irl into getting a position with my writing: journalism, editing, or even writing novels.
Psychology and astronomy also intrigue me but ya know. Small town all my life, heh.
Thank you so much for any 'thank you' shouts or compliments! Other than direct replies to my own submitted stuff, I'm a bit of a newb when it comes to uploading/replying/navigating the site.
But it's my pleasure to enjoy all of your art, and I'm sorry if I don't give more in-depth comments or comments in general more often! I plan on uploading some doodles tonight for the first time in a while. Most are from the past month or so and just class doodles/ideas swimming in my head.
