Inanimate Transformation ideas?

As im slowly and i mean SLOWLY getting back into the drawing groove,
Ive come across a few things i wanna try...
The first of which is inanimate transformation...
Does anyone have any ideas for me to try and draw?
The one being transformed i would like to keep feeling in themselves, it would
mainly just be a body transformation.. so say if someone was changed into a
chair, they would still feel it if someone sat on it
I cannot guarantee i will draw them.. im just looking for ideas at the moment.
