So with the recent Skype issue, I decided to install Telegram, and even though Skype appears to be working for me now, I wish to add all the people I regularly talk to on Telegram as well, in case such things happen again. My username is Redrosid (go figure) http://telegram.me/Redrosid
From what I know it says connecting and everyone's offline but can still message. Do you think it's a ddos issue?
