911 whats your emergency?

So my sister has been tweeking out for the last 2 days, if you follow my twitter you will have seen/heard about her eratic behavior of the last 48hrs.
Shes been sayin shes seeing people when no ones there, not sleeping, very easily agitated, picking at herself, sayin she hears voices..
So last night Im just fed up at this point, I tell her no ones outside and to just go to bed, well my anxiety is very based around her when Im back in the states (only been back less then 2 weeks) but i push my bag infront of my door and make sure its shut tight then go to bed....
Wake up at 7am to her saying she NEEDS ME to call 911 or shes gonna die... Im like "ok what the fuck..."
Then she goes on to tell me that shes been seeing ghost people in the house telling her to kill me, or theyre gonna kill her....
Well at this point I say NOPE! And call 911, which apparently phones who dont even work still still can call 911... But yeah my dads buddies are firsf responsders and they were here first, they sat with her till the sheriff came and now..
Shes on her way to the hospital to hopefully help her out...
Fuckin i am so tired ive slept maybe 5hrs in the last two days cause Ive been watching her like a hawk cause i care about her... Its a big sister thing...
But thats been my morning
Edit: toxicology report came back and she was on meth, I can't even right now...

(BTW, Fun Fact - Mobile phones HAVE to be able to call emergency numbers even if the phone DOESN'T have a sim card in it.)

They are there to help. Emergency personnel that is
a) The fear of imminent death sounds a LOT like panic attacks and/or panic disorder.
b) The hallucinations could be manifestations of schizophrenia (though auditory hallucinations are far more common than auditory ones).
How suddenly have these symptoms started presenting themselves? Is this sort've a one-time behavioural thing, or is this something that happens regularly?
It might also explain the tweaking behavior. Lack of sleeping. Delusions of grandeur (since, if I remember correct, there was mention that she felt that she was Einstein in a past life).
But, it could be drugs...though I'm wracking my brain to think of drugs which would have this long of an effect. I mean, a bad trip on LSD, or Psilocybin containing mushrooms might have similar symptoms...but they don't last multiple days. Going to sound odd...but she hasn't eaten or smoked any plants that look like this ( http://ravenessences.com/store/imag....._wrightii2.jpg ) has she?
