My recommendation is Copics, but I haven't used Prismas so I can't really say which is better. I can tell you that Copics are expensive but worth the money, and you can buy refills for a bit cheaper than the actual markers themselves. Full sets can be a bit pricey so I would advise buying them individually until you know which colors you want. I get mine from Dickblick.com, you can get single markers and refills there.
