This year at Con is getting better and better.. -_-
Managed to drag my very sleepy and depressed ass back over to the Con to try and cheer up a bit.. and it was working, went too a live figure panel and did some sketches. went to a small room-party/book release. when to hang out a bit at the Art Jam and was happy till someone said their sketchbook was gone.. all of us there dropped what we were doing and started looking around. It wasn't there. Then I looked around for MY sketch book.
Guess what..
Not there..
*sigh*
I was hoping i would be able to get some sleep tonight but it sounds like the neighbors above and beside me are having a good (drunken?) time.. *muffled voices* *thud* *thud* *creeking celing*
gotta look forward to another day of being tired, pissy and depressed..

thank you. Just seems like 'third time's the charm' around here.. This is my third time at Rainfurrest and the first two times were great. I was going to try and get out of my comfort zone a bit and try to actually talk to people but it just feels like I shouldn't have bothered.

nothing wrong with trying out on a new lil adventure, but no matter what happens, don't let it bring you down. Continue to go out have fun. Enjoy life as much you can, brave a few downs and enjoys the ups.

i got my sketch book back. I think who ever tried to take it got scared when everyone started looking for the lost sketchbooks and dropped them under the tables when left, cause thats where they were found. as for the room people.. i kinda got them figured out since they seemed to crash at 2am every night (i can deal with that) it was the upstairs people who sounded like they were re enacting WWE fights till 4:30 that got to me more.. But we are home (after a 7 hour drive) and i've slept for 10 hours already :P though i got hit with con crud the last day as well.. thank god i've got 4 days before i go back to work so i should have just enough time to recover. :P

Eilie ended up bringing back a bug too. Furries are great at sharing viruses. Glad you got your sketchbook back though. We are going to try and get into the con hotel next year.

I'm not sure if i'll be going next year or not.. I'm going to try.. but i'm saving up to go to EuroFurrence next year. either way i'll probably still stay at the Clarion if i do go.
