Sorry for the dramatic title, I just wanted to let people know what I've been up to since my last journal in June. So, to be short about it:

-Made it back to Maryland from Louisiana; was not eaten by alligators.
-Spent a few days up in NW Maryland with my dad. Had quality bonding time even though his snoring drove me to the brink from lack of sleep. Kicked ass at an arcade there.
-Continued to hang out with my parents, helping them out with tech stuff and cooking for them in return for them being so awesome. Went to Secret Park every week herping and looking for other wildlife.
-Made plans to go to MFF!! Bought our badges, hotel room, and flights. Super excited!
-Made (further) plans to go to Fur the 'More next year. Still need to buy badges and hotel room when they open the block.
-Was potentially offered a spot in a car/room to Anthrocon next year. Still up in the air about this one, but I'm hopeful.
-Finally, I got a new snake today! Adopted a hognose from a friend of a friend who couldn't keep him anymore. His name is Ray (short for Rayquaza), and he's settling in right now. He has some stuck shed from improper care, but we have him set up well and expect him to be back to perfect health soon. We were warned he had a bad temper, but that seems to be untrue from what we've seen so far. I look forward to many happy years with him.

Anyway, that's about it! Sorry I've been so silent, I've just bee occupied with other things. I'm still making art and getting by, and remember that I'm always here to talk!
