I like how you designed her, the perspective, the annoyed face, and the dirty looking coloring.
All those parts give the pic a certain lasting appeal.
I think i would have liked it even more if you had made the pic wider, so you could see much more of the town around the area.

The only downside in my point of view, is the text/word on the baseball cap.
It gives her a cheaper/lower value.
Could have been more interesting if the word there were: hot babe, yellow witch, darky, ms. bad etc.
