Getting a YouTube channel off the ground.

[[WARNING, INCOMING PEEPS]]
So, I know that no one likes to see advertising, or someone pimping their product, but hear me out.
I am trying to take a serious shot at the Let's Play and gaming channel community. I have been working constantly on my editing, my production, and most importantly my content. I feel I am at the point now where I can start to offer the community some entertainment, but I need help to grow my audience. Not because I want to see high numbers of subs or views, but for a deeper reason.
I've always had a lot of trouble with motivation in my life, from high school to college to the numerous jobs I've had over the years, motivation would never come to me, or never stick around for very long. It's been a long time problem for me that I haven't been able to shake. Some call is sheer laziness, but I really do have a problem with it. The longest I've ever stuck with anything is a month and then I am right back to wherever I started.
I can feel REAL motivation with this channel, this project. I feel the DESIRE to continue to hone my techniques and improve my videos, and to bring my own brand of entertainment to everyone. To keep up with this, I need to know that what I am doing is interesting to others, I need to be shown that I have some real positive entertainment and content to offer people. With your help, I can keep up my motivation to make a mark on the world, and leave a legacy behind, because just working at a truck shop at 32 years old is not leaving a legacy behind.
If any of this can relate to any of you, please help my channel grow, help me keep bettering myself to produce funny, informative content for you guys to enjoy. The link to my new channel is below, I currently have 5 videos up, and my current plan is 2 videos every week, around the weekends when I have more free time to work on these projects. I want to get more confidant in my solo plays where I am just talking to myself (public speaking was never my thing) and continue to share my funny game experiences that myself and my friends enjoy.

YouTube is too saturated with lets players, if you want to turn it into a career you have to do more than that. also be advised YouTubers don't get paid a lot, a video with a few million views only gets about £100 - £200

OP
Indeed it is, I plan on broadening my content, different types of games and reviews, video game and TCG/board game reviews as well. :)
