If I might offer you a recommendation, I suggest reading several comics and studying what it is that you find entertaining and interesting about them, and then try to work the basic ideas of those things into your own comics. I also have a lot of trouble with actually -doing- anything with my artwork, and when I started drawing a comic, I had no idea what I was doing. Still don't, really! But it helped for me to do that-- to try to use the ideas I enjoyed in other comics. And what I mean by that is, what makes you laugh? What makes you appreciate the comic more? Facial expressions? Subtle humor? Background details? Find out what makes you love comics, and start doing that yourself.

And hey, even if that doesn't work for you, don't give up unless you simply don't enjoy it. Good luck!
