SAI problem?! Canvas save Failed???

I often don’t talk first and I should not have to apologize for that.
I’m just one of those "don’t talk unless spoken too" person.
Tips are welcomed! 
For some reason when I Copy a layer to from one Save File to another and then when I save the File I get "Canvas Save Failed"...
Why is this happening all of a sudden?? Never gotten this before and it just started with it last night, really frustrating.
Any suggestion on what to do or is un/reinstalling SAI the only help?...
EDIT: Okay, seem I can't save any completely new file as a Sai format....wtf

save it as photoshop file, i dont know how to save it as a sai, but when i get the problem i save it as a photoshop file
