Well, from my first glance, I can't see them making any claims about actually owning any of the art they repost, but surely that doesn't make it okay, even if their intention was just to kind of collect art besad on theme. Surely they'd still have to ask the owners permission, or at the very least give credit. Not sure whether I'd necesarily call them thieves. Possibly just unaware of the fact that they are infringing copyright.
