aerobics butt

Been doing soooo much exercise, ;_; finally not far off from where I was back in 2011 before I had a nasty injury (tore my groin muscles) and then put a shitload of weight on, thankfully most of that as gone now and it's good to be getting back in shape again, since around February I've lost about 50lb in weight (roughly 25KG) I was actually training to be an aerobics instructor a few years ago, before I hurt myself, and now it's nagging at me to do it again, (I do this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gWl.....HJcWwo#t=2m55s ) <3 so depending on how things go, I might try for it again, and when I'm not at the diner in Shoreditch eating massive american breakfasts with

In other news I'm signed up for confuzzled in 2016, had a such a great time at my first con last year - looking forward to the next one and I hope I meet more people! I was a bit shy last time, but I think i'm ok now :D

Funny I went to my doctor a few months ago with a minor groin hernia. Not a fun thing. Thankfully mine doesn't impair my active lifestyle (yet) I just need to watch it. Best of luck though and keep up with the goals. You got a butt to maintain :v
