Maybe I'm bored with the fandom, I don't know?
During this year (2015, if you're reading this in another yet), I've become more and more distant from the fandom and the local communities that I used to be apart of: banned from the Liverpool meets for what, I believe are minor things and public opinions on personal accounts; rarely at the Manchester meets; didn't even bother with ConFuzzled (except for my planned day-trip) or any of the furmeets at London MCM. But what am I doing with my life on the Saturday's when the meets are on? The same thing I've been doing every Saturday for the past few years: Yu-Gi-Oh! It's been one of my biggest, and more enjoyable hobbies, and I'd be more happier going to a local Yu-Gi-Oh meetup than sitting around at a furmeet, potentially doing fuck all for the majority of the day (partially my fault, not pushing myself to get involved and being shy too, weird I know).
Now you may be wondering why I got banned from my local meets, and why I believe they were minor reasons; I'll divulge:
1. I was accused of theft at the July 2014 meet, of a poultry £5 (pool cue deposit). Bearing in mind that I was unaware of the accusation for several weeks, accused me someone who eventually got banned from the Liverpool and Manchester meets (from what I've heard) for trying to get other people banned through lying, and despite the £5 being given back to the person, he didn't bother telling the (at the time) meet staff that it had been resolved.
During the time when me and a friend use using the pool cues, we went around asking if the deposit belonged to anyone: nobody owned up and non-meet attendee's wanted to use them, so I cashed the cue's in and went away, which is what could of happened with the non-meet attendee's. Looking back at it, there's no proof that it was his money and I didn't have to give it back to him but I did so because I believed he was the owner of the deposit.
2. APPARENTLY, I make people feel uncomfortable at the meets and online; how is this a legitimate reason to ban someone from the Skype/Facebook groups and the meets? I don't know how I made people, if anyone at all, feel uncomfortable and when I asked who I made feel uncomfortable OR why they were uncomfortable; no answer was given, because it would of been a breach of their privacy.
How am I meant to be aware of what I'm doing to someone when I can't get any information about HOW I'm making people feel uncomfortable? I wouldn't care if I didn't get any names, as long as I know how then I can try explain it and resolve it.
3. Insulting someone on my PERSONAL Twitter account, this one is probably a big reason but not big enough to ban someone forever (and or a year) even with the other two reasons added into the equation.
I won't deny that I called someone "retarded" and "a faggot", but I stand by my reasons for the OPINION; calling yourself "Pride the gay white tiger" is essentially pushing the homosexual agenda into the faces of people who already fight for #FreeLove (this was in February, for any reference). In my opinion, putting a sexuality as part of your fursona's name is showing a lack of creativity PLUS the name itself; the fandom is based off creativity, it's how we express ourselves, and the lack of creativity from the initial choosing of the name goes against (what I believe) the fandom is about. Yes, calling the person a retard and a faggot is wrong, but it's on my personal Twitter account and shouldn't be used against me when people are easily offended - it's not like I was telling people to go kill themselves or advocating suicide, or doing anything Gryphon related :P
Looking at it as a whole, people like Luke Smith (LondonFurs) is still able to go to the meets (I believe) despite him being dislike by many for reasons far worse than the one's used to ban me from the Liverpool meets, but hey it's not my problem is half of the current ScouseFurs staff dislike me, or at least I feel they dislike me.
Ah well, that's finally off my chest and out into the open, still got a few other things to bombshell but I'll get to those when I can be bothered.
Anyway, back to the main topic at hand; I'm still gonna be active in the fandom regardless of what limitations are imposed on me on a local level, whether I'll be at ConFuzzled next year is a different thing but I will be hoping to have FurTheWeekend paid off! I'm looking to keep my meet hiatus going until 2016 at the earliest but knowing me, I'll probably go to a furmeet before the end of the year; where it will be, only I know!
Anywho, now's a good time to sign off

But seriously, that all seems childish to me that your banned with no real explanations when you asked -w-.
Trust me though, that's kind of why I don't really go to local fur meets here. Not because I am not liked( to my knowledge) but because being there, everyone seems too high school cliquey. Like everyone only stays with others and not giving people a chance to talk or anything.
Also one day I hope to meet your face <3
At least the ban is only for a year, though I won't be surprised if they re-extend it to a lifetime ban, like it originally was, now that I've gone public about the ban, and without fear either!
But yeah, we will meet one day!
