Looking for a coloring partner

I'm planning on making a comic book about T-Wolf and his adventures. I can plan everyone I jus need a coloring partner. One who can both color and shade digitally.
They must be fast and ready when needed. No going invisible unannounced or for no good reason. They must have average-advanced skill in both color and shade. Speed does matter. They will have two days to complete their task if they don't, they will be replaced.
PAYMENT:
Payment is negotiable. Price per page kind of deal. Due to the fact that I do the planning, sketching and drawing, price may not exceed or meet your full price. (Ex. if you charge $40 per comic page, and you tried charging me $40 for one comic page just for coloring, it will not work out) I will pay 34% of what you initially charged. because I'm doing 66% of the work.
