Someone continues to attack my blog with FALSE DMCA reports. I’m sending all the counter notifications to defeat this imposter, and Tumblr now knows that someone is harassing my blog. Hopefully this will result in his IP banned.
Honestly I think tumblr should take DMCAs more seriously and not just ban someone without verifying that the claim was legitimate.
It's the same problem YouTube has where instead of investigating a DMCA or flag they just have an automated process to ban users immediately and force the user to jump through hoops to get their account back.
